We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shophelloshade.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping label and costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
